Can I try it before paying?
YES, Upon signup, you receive 10 Credits, no credit card needed and no expiry. After you use all 10 credits, you have the option to purchase more credits under PAY AS YOU GO or you can move to other plans. Regardless of your plan, WE WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOUR 360 PHOTOS forever unless you decide to delete them.

Do you have a FREE plan?
YES, when you sign up, you are on our free account with 10 credits each year to use towards most of our features. The goal is to offer our platform FREE for low volume users.

What happens when I stop paying or my subscription ends?
Our payment plans are all credit-based and are not limited by time. This means we will never delete your 360 photos even if you stop purchasing new credits. Once you use all your credits, you can not create any new 360 photo, but all your existing photos will stay, and you have full control over them.

What is Facebook Virtual Showroom?
Facebook virtual showroom is a Facebook app that lets you add a TAB to your Facebook page and add any Glo3D URL. This is a great way to have a gallery of your products in Facebook in 360 formats and use that gallery to bring people to your website.

YES, We have different levels of watermarks based on your plans.

Can I save the files on my computer or phone?
YES, you can save the models in many formats such as video, batch photos or single photos or interactive format to email anyone. You can NOT save the interactive photo on your computer. You must have Internet for the interactive version to play.

What if I go over my total capture limit before the end of the year?
Our plans are not time-based, so you have the option to use your captures in 1 month or in 10 years. Since our plans are capture-based, once you use your captures, you can purchase new capture packages if you need additional captures.

Can I capture, edit, share and embed my products on my online store FREE?
YES you can. Upon initial sign-up, you receive 10 credits every 12 months with access to all of our software and plugins. Our goal is to help small businesses to compete with large corporations on digital content presentation. We are asking you to spread the word about us and hopefully, as you become successful, consider moving to a paid plan to get more captures and support us financially.

Can I export the models as a GIF or VIDEO?
YES, very easy, once you capture a model, you can use how you want to.

What is a capture?
Each capture includes all images that create a 360 photo, including but not limited to exterior, interior 2Dimages, panoramas, videos, links and any content that you need to create a complete virtual tour based on your available feature. If you delete a model, you will lose the capture count for that model.

How much time I have to use my Credits?
There is no expiry. You can use your credits in 1 month or 10 years. That's up to you. Even after you finish your credits, we will not delete your 360 models, and we will keep them forever or as long as our company exists. No long-term commitment or monthly payment is needed.

What happens when I use all my Credits?
Once your Credits are complete, you can purchase additional credits for a top-up, upgrade or downgrade to other plans or leave it as is. If you do not top-up your credits, you will not be able to capture any new 360 models, but you will have full access to share and save and edit your current 360 models.

Do I lose my 360 models if I don't purchase additional credits beyond the initial payment?
No, you will never lose your models as long as we are here. We keep them for you for FREE forever. Once you use all available credits, you can purchase additional credits for a top-up or leave it as is. You can also export it as a GIF, single photo, video, URL, interactive file format or many other formats.

If you delete your account, all your models will be deleted. If you simply stop paying or purchasing new credits, all your existing models will stay on our platform forever.

I do around 10 captures a year. What plan is best for me?
Depends on your feature needs, this answer may be different. Since our plans have no expiry, our best plan and cheapest plan per capture is the Business, as it offers a full set of features that can be used in a very long span. The Business is also the cheapest cost per capture. If your use is very minimal, you can purchase credit packages via our pay-as-you-go plan for $10 for 4 credits.
